Chaga is one of the most praised and highly sought after super foods. Among other health benefits, chaga tea is THE richest source of antioxidants in the world, containing not only some of the highest levels but also a very rare diversity of antioxidants. Contains B vitamins & polyphenols as well.
Mostly used as a tea. Place 1 tsp. in a wire mesh tea ball add hot water, fine ground so may need to use french press or fine mesh strainer- steep at least 5 minutes, and leave in as long as you like. 1 tsp chaga to 8 oz lightly simmered water.
