New Classes for September!
All are approx. 1.5 hour classes, on Tuesday evenings from 630-8pm, $15 per class plus cost for culture, ModernRoots Store exclusively open for attendees
*Sign up via phone (612-723-9266) during store hours Tues, Thurs, Friday 10-6 and Saturdays 10-3, or come into the store. These are highly anticipated classes so paying for a spot on the list guarantees your chair :)

September 15th: Kombucha, fizzzzy fermented black tea, $7 scoby
September 22nd: Water Kefir, fizzy drink, $9 culture
September 29th: Fermented Veggies, lacto fermented sauerkraut, and 'Midwest kimchi'
